Important Arbour News

It is with a mix of emotions that we are sharing an important piece of Arbour news with you all.

As Bridie Jackson and The Arbour move forward and continue making music, we are sad to tell you all that the lovely Rachel Cross will be leaving us. We hope you will join us in wishing her the very best for her future as she heads into an exciting new chapter in her life, joining her partner in moving to Bath and starting a family with him.

Congratulations, Rachel!

With Rachel we’ve had an amazing few years together and have amassed many great memories. We have dipped our way through many pots of humous, grabbed the air to cheesy rock ballads, shared a few travel comfort tips (blankets, slippers and inflatable cushions) and, obviously, tea, tea and more tea with many toilet stops at ‘Arbour-rated’ motorway services.

We have played in many great venues from launderettes to beautiful, ancient churches to the iconic Glastonbury Festival, making many friends and fans along the way, and we have cried together with both laughter and sadness. Of course, during all of this, we have loved working together in making the music of Bridie Jackson and The Arbour.

Our adventures will continue sans Rachel as she embarks on her own adventure and, on that note, we would like you all to join us in celebrating our time with Rachel, raise a glass (or teacup) and wish her all the very best!

Rachel will be doing a few more gigs with us before she leaves, so we really hope to see you at one of them! For info on these, please follow the links below:
